- SF Locker
- SF Express - Service Center Pickup
- SF Express - Pickup at SF Station
- Direct delivery to office/residential address
- All orders under HK$799,the customer will need to pay the shipping fee when picking up the goods
- In-stock items - Shipped within 2-4 days (excluding holidays)
- Pre-order products generally take 7 to 14 days to order.

Combined orders
- If there are in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, the customer can select "Merge Order" in the logistics option. Unless the customer asks us to send them separately, we will wait until the pre-order items are ready.
- For combined order which is over $799, if the customer requests direct shipment without waiting for pre-ordered items, the shipping fee for the first shipping fee will be paid by the customer. When we received the pre-ordered item, the second shipping fee will be paid by the store.
- For combined orders less than $799, customers can choose to wait or not wait for the pre-ordered items, all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
Shipping Arrangement
- After received the order, we will take 3 working days to pack and ship the order. If the item is out of stock, it will take 7 - 14 days to back to stock.
- A notification will be sent by email after the item has been shipped. And the tracking number of SF Express will be provided for tracking the order. About 1-3 working days, when the goods arrive at the designated receiving station, SF Express will notice the buyer, please collect the good within the designated time limit.
- After the order is successfully placed, if there is stock in stock, we will prepare and ship it within 2 working days. If you need to wait for restocking, it will be sent out within 10-21 days.
