3.7 Unless otherwise stated, in the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese version of content on the Site or other Clan Official materials, the Chinese version shall prevail.

If discovered, we reserve all rights to terminate or suspend the uploader’s use of this website and hand it over to law enforcement agencies without prior notice.

5.1 Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the item, we will inform you as soon as possible.
6 Payment
6.1 Product price are shown in HKD$.
6.2 We accept payment by credit card, Apple/Google Pay, Alipay HK, Payme and FPS. We may change to or adopt other payment methods without notice.
6.3 For bank transfer/FPS payment, please email the relevant payment slip/screenshot with your order reference to cs.clanhk@gmail.com within 7 days. Please be mindful that orders will only be reserved for 7 days and orders will be automatically cancelled without notice if payment is not received.
7 Discount
7.1 We may from time to time offer discounts for certain products purchased through this Site only.
7.2 The discount will be valid for a certain period of time as specified.
7.3 We reserve the right to amend or cancel any discount at any time.
8 Applicable law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of HKSAR and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
